[B2GDroid]Open the Music app and start playing a song, then pause the song, the ratings bar does not reappear.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Open the Music app. 
2. Start playing a song. 
3. Pause the song. 

[3.Expected Result]: 
In step 3, the ratings bar should reappear, and you should be able to add a rating or edit the rating. 

[4.Actual Result]: 
In step 3, the ratings bar does not reappear.

Android version: 4.4.4(Build Number 23.0.A.2.93)
