Let's just turn the default drag timeout up a bit to help prevent this.

I've upped the timeout to 300ms by default in this PR: https://gitlab.com/Cwiiis/gaia-container/merge_requests/10 I think any higher will feel like it takes a long time (previously, it was 200ms). At 300ms, I don't think you should easily be able to trigger this accidentally.

Upped the default drag delay to 300ms in bug 1218805. (it was 200ms)
