Screenshot after rotation
STR:
1. Build recent master for Aries and run it, starting in portrait mode.
2. Open Browser app and launch a website like mozilla.org.
3. Rotate phone to landscape mode.
Expected results:
Browser app takes up entire screen after rotation.
Actual results:
Browser app only takes up half the screen after rotation.

Per comment 2 and bug 1218439 is fixed, the keywords "regressionwindow-wanted" is no longer needed, so I clear it.
