[RTL][Arieskk_v2.5][Flamekk_v2.5][Settings]Set your phone language to Arabic, then enter battery page and open selector,you can find Percent symbol is at the left side of the number.

Prerequisite:Set your phone language to Arabic. 
1. Launch Settings app. 
2. Select "Battery". 
3. Tap the value selector button.
4. Observe the view.
