Hi, It seems that fetch_bugs cron is not working as expected in the production server. Could you please check if fetch_bugs is stalled in reps.mozilla.org? Thanks!

Hello. I believe this was impacted by our phx1 exit. Netops have opened up the flow needed so this should be working again. Can you test and let me know otherwise?
