When xbl form controls are enabled, "shortcut" keys are not working in <select multiple> Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi 2. Go to "Component" select and press "H" Actual results: Nothing happens. Expected: Select scrolls to first item starting with leterr "H", pressing "H" again should move to next and so on.

removing nsbeta1+ on XBLFC bugs, these are out for MachV.

topembed minusing as embedding is not going ot use XBL form controls at this time.
