In bug 1216257, we're moving "Language" under a "General" settings category. With this change, I don't think it makes sense for us to have a sub-page under "Language". Rather, we should just put the language changing option directly under "General".

Richard, is there any reason why we have the language setting in its own settings screen right now that would make this difficult?

We created a sub-section because we were planning to have two pickers, the second being for Bug 881510. That'll happen eventually.

As a handy side-effect, it stops us having to re-render the whole settings UI when the user picks a new locale.

Okay, I'm just going to leave this alone, then. I don't think that users change language often enough that it's a big deal to need to enter a sub-screen.
