Meta bug for revamp of settings.  This will include, but is not limited to:

- Reorganisation of settings
- Remove icon in action bar
- Work out how we display settings with two options.  Do we keep a pop up box with items or use a check box / toggle with changing text?
- Hide developer mode behind a specific action (akin to Android developer mode)

Agreed, there are a bunch of old bugs filed about this stuff that we should clean up.
