BZ indicated that a work around for ctrl-enter might be done if it was backed out once ctrl-enter works on all platforms. This should be taken care of as soon as the dependancies are resolved.

Would it be okay to back out jsut the UI? The main reason I wrote the patches was becasuel I _like_ the new tab on enter behaviour.
Making this depend on Control enter working on Mac OSX too
