12211 - Can't Open First Account in Folder Pane

I can't open the first account in the folder pane. When I select the account and
press on the "+" sign (to expand the account), or double click on the account
name, the closed folder icon changes to an open folder icon, but the folders for
the account are not displayed. As a result, I am unable to access the folders
(and therefore messages) in this account.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch apprunner
2. Open mail (Tasks | Messenger)
3. Double click on the folder icon for the first (POP) account

The folder icon changes from a closed folder to an open folder, but the folders
contained in the account are not displayed.

I'm not sure whether this is a problem because I'm trying to open the first of
my 4 Messenger accounts, or if it's because I'm trying to open a POP account.

I'm running Win95 on a P166 with 32 MB RAM

This is a duplicate of http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12207 that
was filed which is considered a blocker.  Sol, you may wish to wait for jpatel's
smoketest results (sent to seamonkey-leads, I think) to announce that a daily
build is ready for usage by passing the mail and browser smoke tests.
