Idea via Margaret on irc. Button originally implemented in bug 1172083.

Anthony, do you think this is a good idea? Do you have any ideas?

Might be worth investigating the telemetry results before assuming users don't know about this button though.
I haven't given this much thought yet because this was originally meant to be a visual cue that offset and hinted at why there were icons/logos above our users' keyboard. The added benefit of having it link to something helpful was an after thought.

Having said that, I think it might be useful but I'm not sure its the most impactful thing to focus on ATM. I'll keep this on the burner for now and think about the "Search" group inside Settings as a whole.

I'd love to see some kind of blue highlight on this, maybe not on first run, but after x searches. :)
