STR:
1. Start Firefox
2. Click Hello icon
3. Click Get started
4. Start a conversation
5. Detach conversation window
6. Reattach conversation window

Expected results: Conversation titlebar keeps the blue color.

Actual results: Conversation titlebar changes color.

Notes:
- Gif attached showing the issue.
- This is not a regression, it was introduced after the implementation from bug 1216918.

In bug 1216918 comment 4 and comment 7, there was some discussion about the color of the popped out window but not after reattaching it.
