1222619 - about:serviceworkers showing undefined cache names

I'm not sure what is causing it, but with a tree built today I am see the registration cache names in about:serviceworkers showing "undefined".  See screenshot.  I verified my local changes were not to blame.

Marking as v1 blocking until we can prove this is just a tooling problem and not actually bustage in the registration storage.

This doesn't seem to affect aurora, so no need to uplift.
