1222681 - Saving "all addressbooks" doesn't work. Result: 0 KB

Steps to reproduce:

Opened addressbook which contents 6 further addressbooks,, selected "all addressbooks", 
then --> tools --> Export --> *.ldif or *.csv (comma separated) --> named as all.ldif/all.csv  --> saved



Actual results:

Now exists 2 files: all.ldif and all.csv.
all.ldif with 0 KB and all.csv with 1 KB.
Both of them without content. 


Expected results:

1) all addressbooks are exported correctly with sizes more than at least 50 KB
2) I cannot export all addressbooks, because it appears

a) an error warning
b) "All addressbooks" is greyed out and I cannot select it
c) The point "Export" is missing

Since most users don't control the functionality of saved files (e.g. by re-importing it) a loss of contacts could be possible.
