The addon BetterPrivacy is preventing users from clearing their history or cache.

I've now encountered multiple users with this problem and it was solved by removing/disabling BetterPrivacy.

The addon developer themself has said it is currently incompatible with Firefox 42
But instead of marking it incompatible they have only left a note on their addons page.

This addon should be marked incompatible until they fix the issue.

All current versions of the add-on have been added to the compatibility override list for Firefox 42 and above. I'll note the developer also requested this. Additionally, I removed the add-on from the featured add-ons list, since being compatible is a requirement.

I'm talking to the developer about fixing the problem.
