Clone existing locales from hg.m.o/gaia-l10n to hg.m.o/releases/gaia-l10n/v2_5

Until this work is completed, the patches from bug 1222210 should not be landed.

Two questions:

1. Who will give the "okay to clone" signal on Friday?
    - an alternative is to clone now, and have l10n team push any
      landings between now & "branch time" manually.

2. Which locales need to be cloned?
    - typically, only those in http://hg.mozilla.org/integration/gaia-2_5/raw-file/default/locales/languages_all.json would be used.

I’d say Pike as he needs to update the dashboard accordingly.
IIRC we did it the alternative way last time. I’ll let Pike comment on what he prefers

Yes, + fa, as we will add it to 2.5 in bug 1222204. They already have a repo here https://hg.mozilla.org/gaia-l10n/fa

Re locale list, what Theo said.

Re timing, whatever suits you best. I prefer to have it close to Friday, as some locales will not bother about our announcements of whether to push or not. But we're not having a formal "ready to branch" decision. We'll branch, and whatever needs to be done to get 2.5 up to snuff will need to be done.

Starting clone:
 1. updated /repo/hg/scripts/clone-gaia-l10n.sh from latest vcs version
 2. ran script from attachment 8686705 [details] as root (modified & clone_gaia_l10n.sh modified as well - bugs to follow)
 3. all looks proper at http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/gaia-l10n/v2_5
 4. deployed index template change per docs (comment 8)
 5. BUSTAGE: v-c-t deploys now overwrite old scripted changes
 6. added new wsgi info & redeployed (comment 9)
 7. website looks proper again.
