Chris -- I know this isn't "me" (WebRTC), but I'm not sure which component to move it to. Do you know where I should put this? I believe this would go somewhere under releng.

I think the socorro team can help you out here. Try asking in #breakpad

Rui: I can upload this file for you as a one-off. We should get an automated or at least self-service solution in place for future builds (we have everything we need on our side, it shouldn't be hard).
Email me the file and I will upload it.

After talking with Ted in irc, I think it makes sense to move this to releng. I'm also going to open a new bug for making all this automated, as Ted suggests in Comment 3. (I'll clone this bug.)

The symbols should be in our symbol store for 1.5.3 for all platforms. I'm less confident I did this correctly for !== windows though, but we'll know once people start crashing with it :-)
... Since we build the openh264 binaries ourselves this was easy to upload ourselves, rather than needing cisco to handoff things.
