Given the change of direction wrt FxOS strategy, I don't think we will invest much time on UX refactors for the phone. At least not for now.

The new FxOS strategy (reportedly) does not deprioritize FxOS for smartphones. At least, so it is the message Mozilla sent to the Foxfooders community. Are you sure about closing this bug?

Hello Enrico,

the Data Sync team will be working on other topics with higher priority than a UX review and potential UI refactor like the one suggested on this bug. We will continue working on Firefox Sync for FxOS, but given the change of strategy we are also working on other stuff in parallel. As much as we would like to work on fixing all the things, we must be aware of our limitations in terms of resources. So we need to focus on the more important issues. You can follow the work related to Firefox Sync that we are currently doing for the 2.6 train at [1], specifically the next two weeks we are focusing on [2]. Also feel free to join to any of our stand up meetings to discuss the priorities for this team [3] (due to Christmas times this sprint might not be the best time though).

Finally, feel free to reopen this bug if you or anyone else you know have time to work on this, or if you think that the current UX is bad enough that a refactor is highly required.
