while dragging a bookmark in the bookmarks window (to change the order in the
list for example) a black line marks the position where the bookmark should be
dropped when the mouse button will be released.
In most cases the dropped bookmark is a few lines above or below the expected
position.
Sometimes the bookmark remains at his actual position.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Bookmarks menu
2. select Manage Bookmarks
3. select a bookmark and drag him up or down a few lines
4. release the mouse button
Actual Results: the dropped bookmark is not at the expected position in the list
Expected Results: put the bookmark where the black line was before
this is either a dupe or depend on bug 114606, depending on which way they
choose to go with that bug/metabug.
