1226066 - Deleting call logs and then setting a contact as ICE emergency contact twice prompts wrong message

If the user deletes some call logs in dialer, sets an ICE Contact and then tries to set the same contact again as an emergency contact, they will receive the "Delete call logs" message.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20151118151339
2) Open "Dialer".
3) Tap on the "Call Logs" icon.
4) Tap on the "Edit" icon in the top right corner of the screen.
5) Select some call logs and tap "Delete". 
6) Tap on the "Contacts" icon in dialer.
7) Tap on the "Settings" icon and then tap on "Set ICE Contacts".
8) Tap on "ICE Contact 1" and select a contact. 
9) After setting that contact as an emergency contact tap on "ICE Contact 1" again and chose the same contact. 

Actual:
The is prompted the "Delete Call Logs" message instead of the correct message.

Expected:
User is prompted with the correct message such as "This contact is already set as an ICE contact" or something to that effect.

This issue also occurs on Flame 2.6

The user will be prompted the wrong message after deleting call logs and setting a contact twice as an emergency contact.

Just checked this is a duplicate of bug 1225429.

If instead of deleting first from call log, you try to setup an ICE contacts twice, you will get the message:  'Confirmation message', that is the default message same than bug 1225429.
