This bug is just a placeholder to keep bug dependencies sane. Specifically bug 1223612 and bug 1223614 were filed for try failures on our last attempt at switching to the native text selection handles as part of the C++ APZ work. However, the current plan is to land C++ APZ on nightly without the native text selection handles, so we don't need those bugs fixed right away. It may even be that those bugs are no longer bugs once capella's stuff lands, so I'm just parking them here for now. It's quite likely that the two dependencies will eventually be resolved invalid and this bug will be duped to gecko-carets, but I don't want to throw away those patches just yet.
