Before and after clicking the little triangle

The first time we enter
Edit > Mail & Newsgroups Account Setting ...
everything within the left pane is aligned to the left (cf attached image:
before). If we click the little triangle twice, subproperties are then shifted
to the right (cf attached image: after).
I suppose what is shown in *after* is correct. BTW, there should be dotted
lines linking subproperties to properties, something like in Preferences, right?

This is a valid issue but I think it's a dupe. I'll look for the bug.
