User: Content Services User story: I want to set a frequency cap for Suggested Tiles per day or per total campaign on a fixed amount of impressions or clicks at the account, campaign or adgroup level. Rationale: 1. We will have multiple tiles running for a content publisher or sponsored client. We want to control exposure for optimal frequency. 2. Allows rotation of multiple paid Suggested Tiles.
