We need a workaround patch to make sure we print exceptions in case of exceptions during the harness setup. This is necessary due to a regression in the harness code of Marionette. It will be fixed in the next release of marionette-client.

mozilla-central is the integration branch and I don't want to backport this patch to all other branches given that we can revert it hopefully kinda soon.
