Details

Skia has developed dependency on a C++11 standard library, this means that dropping stlport is likely going to be required. I wouldn't be surprised if ANGLE develops this dependency soon as well.
Does this mean we'd have to drop support for OS X whatever-version-doesn't-include-libc++, too?
