They currently have level 1 commit rights and we would like them to have level 2 so so they can land patches on our releng repos and run reconfigs

Bug 1212493 and Bug 1212494 were the original Commit access requests.
Kim - the requirements state "Requirements: one voucher - any Mozilla code module owner" - are you a module owner for Release Engineering?
