The test we're trying to reactivate in bug 1230183 doesn't seem to work. The problem can be reproduced manually

Pre-requisites: Have Wi-Fi enabled and an active SIM

STR
1. Deactivate "Set automatically"
2. Change the timezone to another one
3. Reactivate "Set automatically"

Expected result
You're brought back to your original timezone.

Actual results
You remain in the timezone set in step 2. Leaving the phone for more than 10 minutes doesn't make the timezone change. See logcat for more details.

Interesting, i filed this bug (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1141258) a while ago that is sort of similiar, and that one is no longer reproducing.
