Details

There are too many timezone related issues across Gaia, Gecko and Gonk that I think using a meta-bug to keep track and keep everyone on board is necessary for a while. We should also discuss the possible future plan to improve the design. The nature of that multiple timezone databases exist in B2G will keep creating new issues.
