Details
While the pocket addon is a system addon, there is no enable/disable ui in the addon manager. Using placement of the pocket button for enable/disable makes sense in this situation. The addon currently works this way.
However, it makes sense that a user may want to use pocket (via context menu's, reader mode, etc), but remove the pocket button. If enable/disable ui is made available for system addons, or we move pocket to a builtin non-system addon, we should consider whether it still makes sense to disable all ui when the button is removed, but the addon is enabled.
