Can't really usefully mark this bug as blocked by anything, since it times out in a different test or two or three every run: I've filed hundreds, but none of them are really "this particular test times out too often."

Hidden on all trees, since they've been awful long enough (or possibly forever, dunno) that the rot is clear down to mozilla-release.

Someday I'll remember not to paste a link without &exclusion_profile=false right before I plan on making it need &exclusion_profile=false to show anything.

Interestingly, this appears to have gotten much greener at some point during the Gecko 47 development cycle. Just in time for linux32 tests to go on the chopping block.
