Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the Sync settings
2) Click on your account avatar
I can't reproduce on Nightly. Which version of Firefox are you running?

Firefox 43.

Sadly the fix we landed in Beta 43 wasn't sufficient.  We'll just have to live with it.
