Steps to reproduce:

1. Went to Twitch website (twitch.tv)  
2. Select a stream to watch  
3. Go to mute tab, see that speaker icon doesn't appear


Actual results:

While tab muting with the Youtube HTML5 player (Shows small speaker icon which can be clicked on to mute tab) 
A tab playing a Twitch HTML5 stream, however, doesn't show the speaker icon or allow for muting  
Attached file shows the difference 


Expected results:

The small speaker icon should have appeared to allow the stream's tab to be muted, but did not

Is HTML5 player? The website looks to use Flash Player and http://blog.twitch.tv/2015/07/video-player-controls-now-in-html/.

Yeah, controls are HTML5, stream is Flash so it's a dupe.
