Steps to reproduce:

Impossible to create or edit virtual folders since seamonkey 2.39 in mac OS Yosemite and El capitan


Actual results:

cannot select a destination folder for a virtual folder and cannot choose or edit folder(s) for requests


Expected results:

Create a virtual folder !!!

I came back in Seamonkey 2.38 in which there is not this bug!

I haven't a clue what reporter might mean with "Virtual Volders", but my suspect is that this one is a DUP of "Bug 1226048 - "Save View as Folder" and "File->New->Saved Search": missing folder name"
 
@reporter: please be more precise and contribute a step by step instruction how to reproduce the problem due to <https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/QA/Bug_writing_guidelines>  (containing every key press and every mouse click) how to reproduce the problem reliably.

sorry, i have a seamonkey french version and i don't know the terms of the menus in english !!!
it seems to be similar to the Bug 1226048 that you evoke.

So DUP of "Bug 1226048 - "Save View as Folder" and "File->New->Saved Search": missing folder" for now.

@Reporter: Please feel free to reopen this Bug if you find out that the fix for the other bug does not solve your problem or if you see other well founded indication that you fond an independent bug.
