small tweak - this bug is about figuring out what addons cause serious problems. We can do this with telemetry data we have. Once we have a "bad addons" list, we can decide what needs to be blocklisted for GA rollout to release.

This one, yeah. This happened in various bugs and we had a blocklist of addons, which was emptied a while ago because the major offenders got fixed.
The parent metabug technically is still going on, as the roll out will complete in 57 or 58 (depending on a11y).
I'm gonna close this one as a duplicate of bug 1299304 where most of the blocklist additions/deletions were tracked.
