We still need to land a patch corresponding to bug 1079858 part 2, so leave open.

On further review, there is no part 2 needed on this bug (Thunderbird does not use the stub installer, and the part 2 changes in bug 1079858 /browser deal with that) so closing this bug as FIXED.
