From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Darwin Power Macintosh; en-US; rv:0.9.8+)
Gecko/20011216
BuildID: 20020128 (Mach-O build, actually unnumbered)
When tab browsing, the File menu behaves somewhat haphazardly. Usually it has
two different articles for "Close Tab (Cmd-W)" and "Close Window (Shift-Cmd-W)".
But sometimes there is only "Close (Cmd-W)", as in single-tab mode.
Attached below are two screenshots illustrating this. In the same session, two
otherwise identical tabbed windows give rise to different "File" menus.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Do some tabbed browsing
2. Click the "File Menu"
Actual Results: Menu shows 13 articles, one of them "Close".
Expected Results: Menu shows 14 articles, including "Close Tab" and "Close Window".

WFM in the CFM builds, (0.9.9 currently and tried it a couple of weeks ago with
late 0.9.8+ nightly). Can you still reproduce this problem in recent builds?
WorksForMe using FizzillaCFM/2002041712 (RC1). Resolving WFM per B. Davidson and I.

Agreed -- I haven't seen the problem after the menu system changed earlier this
month (in bug 108099).
