(And, see also the result of the reboot being "is_open" when slaverebooter, about to get its own bug, failed to figure out whether or not the bug was open, or failed to find it to tell whether it was open, or something.)

Slave health dies soon along with BB dashboards and tools. I think this bug outlived its usefulness. Closing this, feel free to reopen if I'm wrong.
