And see also bug 1234715, it may all be one thing, but the status of the reboot in https://secure.pub.build.mozilla.org/builddata/reports/slave_health/slave.html?class=test&type=t-yosemite-r7&name=t-yosemite-r7-0012 was "is_open" and while it must have found the problem tracking bug (when it doesn't find one, the status of the reboot is "400 Client Error: Bad Request" because bug 1126879), it failed to reopen it while filing an unreachable bug.
