STR:
1. Create new Firefox profile, launch it
2. Open this "data:" url data:text/html,<body style="height:10000px">
3. Scroll that page by rotating the mouse wheel
4. Open Options (about:preferences), disable multiprocess mode, restart the browser
5. Perform Steps 2-3 again
Result: Scrolling in multiprocess mode is smooth, scrolling in single process mode is NOT.
Expectations: Scrolling in single process mode should be as smooth as with e10s enabled

APZ is only enabled if e10s is enabled. We do not plan to support APZ without e10s.

Thanks, I'm sorry for reporting it this way. I had to ensure that everything works as expected before filing bug 1234988. Not sure if it's not invalid though.

Thanks, I'll take a look at that one.
Yet another my completely valid bug marked as "wontfix" / "duplicate" ...
The statistics is ruined v_v

To be fair the description you gave in comment 0 describes a totally different thing. It doesn't mention anything about page scrolling or the time it takes a scroll to complete.
