1237003 - Final strings on TP UITour for normal mode (web)

This bug is opened to track the final strings for the web portion of the TP UITour.

Per Javaun, here are the string/design changes for the tour (URL has been attached).

1. Dropping the mask logo from the footer and only using the shield
2. Changing the footer text (as given in copy doc) to remove “Private Browsing with”.
3. Changing the last page of the tour to remove the “the new Private Browsing with”.

NI matej - do these changes look good to you? Do we have such a graphic available for (1) above?
Alex - Javaun has requested that this be ready by January 29th for availability to DevEdition users, do you think we can reach this? Understanding l10n may be a week or so behind.

Looks good to me. The shield appears alone in other places in the tour, so we should be good there.
