Milestone 8.5 apprunner.exe will load the pages for all three panels in the
frameset at the referenced URL. However, at least one panel (usually the panel
with changeable content) will be rendered without the style contained in the
related CSS (ub.css). Text in apprunner's terminal window includes:

CSSLoaderImpl::DidLoadStyle: Load of URL
'http://ubmail.ubalt.edu/~sfritsche/ub.css' failed. Error code: 1
Error loading URL http://ubmail.ubalt.edu/~sfritsche/ubhome.html

I'm not seeing this problem on Linux apprunner 1999-08-20-13-M10.  Could it be
platform specific or is it fixed?

Unable to reproduce the problem. Perhaps this was just a networking issue?
