STR:
1. Go to Apps -> Web Apps
2. Arrow down to scroll up one row
3. Arrow up to scroll down one row
4. Move focus to top-left app

Expected:
 - The focus should be the same with other apps

Actual:
 - It will show a flicker square border

This issue is real TV only, simulator cannot reproduce this issue from my side.

By flicker square border you mean when defocus an app the image inside the icon app moves to bottom right? The image moves to every app to bottom right when you get out of focus. I am not sure if I got this right.

This is not reproducing to me. I still can't set the aspect ration to 16:9, could be this the issue? I've seen this videe: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9Zi9TqbRWsdMFZaUHlYMUlDdWs/view but I do not have those options.
