Details
A customer reports his bank complains that his browser doesn't support 128 bit.
I asked him the URL, and I can connect to the https page. Thus it appears that
in places they sniff the client.

Issue details:
J'ai récemment téléchargé Netscape 6.2.1.
Ma banque m'informe que mon navigateur n'est pas
compatible SSL 128 bits et me demande de
télécharger le patch 128 bits.
Dans EDITION/PREFERENCES/CONFIDENTIALITE ET
SECURITE/SSL, les 3 versions du protocole SSL sont
activées. Dans /MODIFIER LES CHIFFRES, tous les
chiffrements SSL2 et SSL3 sont activés.
Merci de me dire ce qu'il faut faire.
