From the list of releases, we are able to edit the description. We should be able to do the same with the shipped Date. We should also use a date selector. We could reuse the same code as in this commit: https://github.com/mozilla/ship-it/commit/1573975ecb3e7b24f0459ff820ef0f4bf2b9ac75 in particular kickoff.js
