1240510 - Magnified area cannot be triggered anymore after the device's orientation has been changed

Environment: 
Device: Xiami Mi i4 (Android 5.0.2);
Build: Nightly 46.0a1 (2016-01-18);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to : https://www.universalorlando.com/Customer-Profile/unsubscribepage.aspx
2. Tap between any 2 check-boxes in order to generate Magnified area
3. Turn device from portrait to landscape and back to portrait while magnified area still active
4. Close the Magnified area
5. Tap between any 2 check-boxes again in order to generate Magnified area

Expected result:
Magnified area is triggered again

Actual result:
Magnified area is not triggered 

Notes:
Please note that the Magnifying area is displayed only after a page refresh

The root cause here is probably the same as bug 1240508, since it determines whether or not a tap in landscape view of this page will trigger the zoomed view.

This feature was disabled is nightly-only in 47 onwards, as per bug 1245930. It was then further disabled in nightly by bug 1247095. Updating flags accordingly.

The zoomed view implementation has unfortunately been removed again.
