Open standalone.html attachment 8710335 [details] of Bug 1241394 2. Try to scroll by wheel ACTUAL RESULTS: Layout is broken. There are no tentacle curl effect. EXPECTED RESULTS: There are tentacle curl effect. (I can't scroll attachment 8710335 [details] in trunk (per bug 1241394 comment 8), but I can confirm that I see a loop of scrolled paper at the top, which I think is confirmation on my end that this part is WORKSFORME.)
