Steps to reproduce:

SM 2.39 Russian language pack (WIN1251 code page)
Select any existing Virtual Folder, press Right mouse button and select item for editing virtual folder properties.



Actual results:

No edit dialog. New virtual folder creating dialog popped up instead.


Expected results:

I expect virtual folder properties edit dialog. Really I need to change used folders list for some existing virtual folders and cannot do it.

REPRODUCIBLE with  SeaMonkey German 2.39 final Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:42.0 from official download area)  Gecko/20100101  Firefox/42.0  Build 20151103191810  (Classic Theme) on German WIN7 64bit.

'Right click Virtual folder' → Properties' opens "New virtual Folder' dialog.
Error console shows 2 error messages:
a) error: TypeError: redeclaration of var nsMsgSearchScope

b) Error: ReferenceError: onLoad is not defined

Currently it looks as if this one is a DUP of "Bug 1226048 - "Save View as Folder" and "File->New->Saved Search": missing folder "
