Details

The new dialog-box style UI for the DNT preference has a title bar that indicates a dragable dialog box, but it is not dragable. Either make it dragable or change the appearance of the box to make it not appear to be such.

DNT no longer uses a dialog box, but you filed another bug like this that is more general, so duping forward to that.
