Macy appears to work when SPDY is disabled. http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=2986025 Firefox 43 sends a SPDY header, but I'm not seeing this header in Firefox 44 and it works there. The SPDY pseudo header (X-Firefox-Spdy: 3.1) shows in the Network Monitor in Firefox 43, but isn't there in Firefox 44 Either of these makes Macy work: network.http.spdy.enabled = false network.http.spdy.enabled.v3-1 = false

Summary: Users unable to login to Macy's; Access Denied: You don't have permission → Users unable to login to Macy's ("Access Denied: You don't have permission") with SPDY enabled
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/928182 SPDY enabled in FF 12.0 prevents Gmail loading Posted 5/27/12 BTW; where can I find information about network.http.spdy.enabled
FredMcD type in the URL bar, about:config Then be careful with what you are changing. At your own risk. So I created today an account on macys https://www.macys.com/account/myaccount?profileCreated=true And I was able to do it. Then tried to login with a clean profile and had no issue at all with SPDY enabled from Japan. http://www1.macys.com/bag/index.ognc?cm_sp=navigation-_-top_nav-_-bag&FromSignin=true Do people have still the issue?
Note that Firefox 44 has been released, so it should work if you update to Firefox 44. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/update-firefox-latest-version
Indeed, the login page is not denied anymore.
not sure what the issue was, but I guess we're calling that wfm. I can't do better than an update to 44 :)
