Steps To Reproduce:
- Go to https://plus.google.com/ and login (*See Note[1])
- Click Home
- Click the "What's new with you ?" link.

Expected Resukts: This should normally open a "popup" where you can update your status and/or add content.

Actual Results : Nothing happens.

I'm on a slow 3g connection, so debugging this is painful right now.

To note: this doesn't repro in Dev Edition with the pref to true, but does repro in Nightly. So this may be related to WebKitCSSMatrix stuff. To be continued (when I get to my home wifi)...

[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: Regressed on Aurora46.0a1

Fixed on Nightly47.0a2.

However I can still reproduced on Aurora46.0a2.

Yeah, it hasn't been uplifted to Aurora yet, but the patch in bug 1241723 has approval.
